Message Monsters Ready to Bring a Smile to Your Mail

(USPS)  What: The U.S. Postal Service will celebrate Message Monsters with the most playful, customizable Forever stamp design ever. The four monster illustrations on this pane of 20 stamps invite interactivity with dozens of self-adhesive accessories on the selvage. The monster-ific accoutrements include cartoony voice balloons and thought bubbles with exclamations and salutations, hats and crowns, hearts, stars, crazy daisies and other fun flair. Art director Antonio Alcalá designed the pane with original artwork by Elise Gravel, author and illustrator of popular children’s books. (USPS) On Aug. 10, 1821, Missouri was admitted as the 24th state in the Union. The U.S. Postal Service celebrates the state’s bicentennial with a new stamp dedicated at the State Capitol in Jefferson City during a ceremony held today as a part of the Missouri 2021 Bicentennial celebration. “The Missouri Statehood stamp was designed from a photograph taken at Bollinger Mill State Historic Site. U.S. Postal Service Honors Raven Story With Stamp

(USPS) The U.S. Postal Service issued the Raven Story stamp today at the Sealaska Heritage Institute. The Forever stamps are now for sale at Post Offices nationwide. News of the stamp is being shared with the hashtags #RavenStoryStamp and #NativeAmericanRavenStory.
