The Panzer II was originally designed as a stopgap while larger, more advanced tanks were developed. Nonetheless, it went on to play an important role for Germany during the Polish and French campaigns of WWII. It was also used in North Africa and on the Eastern Front.  Pieces are suitable for use with the Zvezda Art of Tactic expandable board game.
