Commissioned in 1961, the USS Enterprise was nicknamed the "Big E" and was the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. This assembly kit depicts the ship as she appeared after she completed her refit in 1982. The kit features excellent engineering and a high level of detail throughout, with approximately one hundred parts used to recreate the bridge alone. Parts for various vehicles as well as forty aircraft are included for to allow for a busy flight deck and the model also comes with a stand to enable a gorgeous display.
