The Russian main combat tank T-90 was developed in 1989. It was armed with a 125mm smooth-bored 2A46M, which can fire with different types of shells and missiles guided by laser beam. The utilization of an automatic loader allowed it to obtain a rate of 7-8 shots per minute, which makes it notably better than most non-Russian tanks.
