This collection consists of old First Day Covers celebrating the American Bicentennial priced below market value!
The album pages are NOT in pristine condition and have NO value. Thus, you're only buying the stamps. Stamps will be hinged to the album pages when mailed.
Some stamps are stuck on the pages and are easily removed by soaking them in water then drying them on a newspaper. This is due to the sticky gum applied on the backing of the stamp that was used during the manufacturing process.
