The Twin Otter is a very versatile aircraft that can be used on wheels, skids or with swim pods for transport, reconnaissance or rescue flights. In May 1965, the Twin Otter flew for the first time. The start of production for the series 100 was granted in 1966, 115 machines were created until it was replaced by the series 200 with extended fuselage tip. It has excellent STOL properties and is used both civilian and military. The machines received PT6A engines with 652 hp, payload: 2.6 t.
