This fighter is a more advanced version of F-7Ⅱ with more new features enabling the jet to serve as day & night fighter. New triangular wings were adopted with adjustable flaps that allow the jet to have better functions when changing from subsonic to supersonic speeds. New sophisticated electronic equipment and additional new missiles were installed . The PLA Air Force aerobatic team uses this F-7EB model as performance aircraft at air shows.
