Summary of USPS Squirrels and Chipmunks in Snow Stamps

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has announced the release of a new stamp series featuring squirrels and chipmunks in snowy settings. This series aims to celebrate these beloved animals during winter, showcasing them in their natural habitats.

The stamps will be available for purchase starting September 25, 2026. Each stamp highlights the charm and playfulness of these small mammals as they navigate through snow-covered landscapes, capturing the essence of winter wildlife.

Artists and designers collaborated closely to ensure that the illustrations reflect realistic and artistic representations of the creatures. The stamps not only serve a functional purpose in mailing but also aim to evoke feelings of nostalgia and appreciation for nature.

In conjunction with the stamp release, USPS is planning various promotional activities, including educational outreach and community events to engage the public. These initiatives will help raise awareness about the importance of wildlife conservation and the role these animals play in their ecosystems.
