Canada Post has announced its 2026 stamp program, highlighting significant milestones and cultural influences that shape Canadian identity. Among the exciting releases, a special stamp will honor Canada’s hip-hop pioneers as part of the Black History Month series. Additionally, the annual Flower series featuring ornamental cherry blossoms will return, reflecting Canada’s botanical diversity.
Noteworthy stamps include a tribute to Quebec’s maple syrup season, showcasing the beloved cabanes à sucre, as well as the continuation of the Places of Pride series, which acknowledges important locations for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The program will also feature a fundraising stamp for the Canada Post Community Foundation, supporting youth in need, and commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion, among other highlights.
Stamp collectors can anticipate further releases celebrating wildlife, health awareness initiatives, and significant cultural days, including stamps for Eid, Diwali, Hanukkah, and Christmas.
