FAQ

When will my package arrive? What should I do?

First, you should check the status of your order online.

Packages shipped via the US Postal Service sometimes take longer than expected. Priority mail is usually reliable and arrive in 2-3 days, but may take longer on occasion.  First class mail packages may take a week or more to arrive. If after 10 days, your package has still not arrived, send an e-mail to [email protected] so that we are aware of the status. We will advise you as to the next steps at that time.

For packages shipped using UPS, each package is assigned a unique tracking number by UPS. You can track your package from the UPS tracking website. Tracking can be done by  the UPS package tracking number we sent you in the shipment confirmation e-mail. If your package is overdue, please send us an e-mail, and we will have UPS track the package.

What methods of payments are accepted?

We accept most major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment methods. We employ the latest encryption technology to ensure that your credit information is safe and secure.   

All prices on our site are in U.S. Dollars.   ALL payments must be made in US dollars.  Orders received in other currencies will be returned without processing. 

Do you accept phone orders?

No, we do not currently accept phone orders. We do offer customer support via e-mail at [email protected].

How do I return or exchange item(s) from my order?

We are here for you and we stand behind our product and service. We will gladly take any return or exchange any order in accordance with our return policy.

What does it mean when an item is "On Backorder"?

Although, we try to keep everything in-stock we do from time to time run out of stock on some of our listings. Please feel free to place an order and we will do our best to obtain the item you wish to purchase. Until we ship your order, we will not charge your credit card.

If by chance we are not able to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email that your order has been cancelled. Again, we will not charge your credit card until your order has shipped. Feel free to contact us via email at [email protected] if you need our assistance.

What does "Additional Handling Time" mean?

These items require additional processing time and subject to availability. In general, these items require an additional 5 to 7 days processing time. Please note, that your order may not ship out for another 1 to 2 weeks.

We post special items, discounts and other product offerings frequently. To keep you updated you can either sign up for our Newsletter located on the bottom right of our home page or you can Friend Us on Facebook, Follow Us on Twitter or Pinterest. 

Can you tell me about your Gift wrap option?

We're now offering gift wrap services as an option on a limited number of items for a nominal fee of $3.99 per item which includes a white box wrapped in gift wrapping paper of your choice. As we expand our gift wrap services, we will be including more items available for gift wrapping. Please contact us by email with any questions at [email protected] and we'll be glad to assist you. 

Please note: The charge for gift wrap is not refundable after purchase.
